We are seeking multiple Talent Directors to set the direction, scope, and depth of Inevoro's governance practices for a multi-brand platform across its 7 brands. This role is for driven leaders who want to apply and expand their knowledge, skills, vision, and experiences to help Inevoro introduce its category-defining products and services across global tech (Humano.ai), consumer goods & retail (Formoro), grocery, coffee and confectionery (Enamoro), defense and emergency response (Sovorit), financial markets (Finomero), logistics & supply chain (Humano.ai), and subscription services (Revoro). As part of the Founding Group you will help us achieve our Phase 0 goals.
Responsibilities
- Attend quarterly board meetings (you may join multiple boards across different facets of the organization).
- Attend once‑ or twice‑yearly on‑sites based on advisor levels
- Design and maintain the talent governance frameworks, principles, and operating models that keep Inevoro’s 7 brands aligned, coherent, and ethically grounded in how they attract, grow, and retain people across markets and categories.
- Own ecosystem‑level people policies and standards (talent risk, culture and trust, data and privacy, DEI, social and environmental impact of workforce decisions) and recommend adjustments as new brands, products, and partnerships emerge.
- Facilitate cross‑brand alignment on talent strategy through advisory boards and working sessions, ensuring hiring, capability building, and leadership development decisions in product, GTM, and commercial functions support long‑term ecosystem health.
- Continuously monitor ecosystem talent performance and resilience (brand‑level culture signals, engagement and retention, leadership bench strength, stakeholder trust in people practices) and provide stewardship recommendations to the Founding Group and senior leadership.
**This Role is Especially Good For**
- Tenured professionals who want to expand their impact beyond their current roles or company scope
- Entrepreneurs who want a competitive advantage for their business with discounted services, joint marketing, and joint product development
- Unsatisfied professionals who didn’t grow into their desired roles and want to improve their leadership skills through leadership programs, CEO advisory experience, and a plethora of brands to grow with
- College students and early‑career professionals who want real‑world experience, leadership rotations, and accelerated career growth opportunities beyond random internships or start‑ups.
- Current board members who want a more expansive and immersive role in a multi-brand international ecosystem
- Social and environmental visionaries who want to leverage Inevoro’s social and environmental capital to make a systemic difference rather than one‑off projects
- High-Achievers who feel under-utilized in their current roles and want greater scope, governance influence, and ecosystem‑level impact
This is a part‑time, non‑operational, non-salaried strategic role for leaders who want to expand their impact, express their enterprise vision, and help architect a multi‑category ecosystem without the constraints of day‑to‑day execution. Time commitment is expected at: 4 hours every quarter (3 months)
Company Description: Inevoro is a multi-brand ecosystem architecting the next era of human capability. Our brands reshape the laws of inventory management, operational performance and resilience, product innovation, enterprise AI activation, and others. We are at the forefront of applied technology, reimagined products, and business model innovation.
Qualifications

- Interest in governance, advisory, or long-term ecosystem participation
- Strong interest in how talent strategies, workforce planning, and capability building drive business models, pricing, and revenue performance across different industries and brands.
- Strong interest in how multiple brands, stakeholder groups, and people‑related impact goals (e.g., DEI, engagement, leadership bench) can be coordinated within a single talent ecosystem.
- Comfort thinking long‑term about people‑related risk, trust, and social/environmental impact, with a willingness to learn any unfamiliar talent governance concepts and frameworks.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to any form of people‑related governance or stewardship work (boards, talent or culture committees, community leadership, or standards/policy development touching workforce or leadership).
- Experience facilitating cross‑functional or cross-organizational collaboration on talent topics where alignment, fairness, and shared decision‑making were critical.
- Demonstrated curiosity about ethics, sustainability, compliance, or systems thinking and how they apply to multi‑brand or multi‑stakeholder people ecosystems.
Resource Development
- Support fundraising and community engagement efforts
- Assist with donor cultivation, sponsorship development, and relationship-building when appropriate
- Participate in organizational events and campaigns
- Founding members are encouraged to make a personally meaningful financial contribution to support ecosystem growth
