Inevoro's Strategic Councils are where like-minded individuals collaborate, challenge, and grow in the areas they align with. Select the Council that will bring you the value you want now.
1/2

Our strategic councils are not fixed; instead, they adapt to the needs of the ecosystem and the founder's vision. The current councils offer many meaningful opportunities to engage in ecosystem governance.

Tiers are universal across councils. Although Assoc. Directors, Directors, Chairs, and Presidents of different councils have different journeys and influence accelerators; participation mechanics are the same.

An Associate Director in Leadership Advancement gains early access to employment opportunities in the ecosystem, whereas someone in Product Steering gains early access to product prototypes. Each council enhances your journey and gets you closer to your inevitability.

Participants in this council advise on ecosystem-wide governance policies, such as managing the multi-brand ecosystem, determining which councils are needed, establishing ethical standards across brands, shaping cultural paradigms, and other macro-lens topics. This is the core of the ecosystem and new councils emerge from its discussions.
Members of the Product Steering Council engage in product sourcing, design, feature, and production discussions. Members gain access to exclusive product batches, prototypes, customer segmentation, and market analysis. This council leads the end-to-end product ideation-to-iteration cycle.
Members of this council influence the rules, policies, and incentives to ensure talent is moved efficiently across the ecosystem. This includes setting hiring paradigms and employee journey arcs, as well as placement parameters, among others. This is a powerful council that defines the role that human resource management plays in the ecosystem to ensure gaps are filled, opportunities are capitalized on, and innovation and excellence become a core part of the operating environment.
This council is unique in that it is less about ecosystem governance and more about personal ascension - participants in this council gain unique employment advancement opportunities within Inevoro, including educational discounts, leadership rotations, and mentoring. This is the council that contains the next leaders of Inevoro. This group will have diversified access across councils at the Founder's discretion to ensure breadth and depth of engagement across the ecosystem.
This council is uniquely powerful in its influence over multiple aspects of the ecosystem. Its members influence signficant decisions including channel strategy, partner strategy, product strategy, operational policies and procedures, budget allocation to causes, among others. This council is for those who are passionate for a cause or community and are willing to act in the governance architecture to maximize outcomes for their stakeholders while growing the resilience of the ecosystem.
This council is for external actors who wish to leverage Inevoro's infrastructure for their benefit. Members of this council are founders, business partners, or others with business interests that can be enhanced by Inevoro's services, products, or other assets. These members receive product and service discounts, supply chain integration opportunities, and get to influence how Inevoro engages with external partners.
Similar to the Ecosystem Commercial Partnerships council, this council provides unique access to external partners while giving ecosystem influence in marketing matters.
